Brad has 25+ years of experience in organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 firms. He is an expert at enhancing performance through effective assessment and targeted personal development. His areas of specialization include executive role development, leadership development, increasing personal influence, managing complex business relationships (including family business relationships) and individual and team emotional intelligence. He has been featured in both radio and print media (see sidebar). Brad holds a Ph. D. in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
